I don't understand why this comment was made. The format for the IPv4 method of forming Internet addresses, the "dotted quad," requires that no number exceed 255. "837" is an impossible number because it exceeds the 255 limit. This person is quite right to point out that 85.159.232.837 isn't a valid IP, but I don't understand why the comment is even here.
