Tropical Storm Dora (2005) was nominated as a Natural sciences good article, but it did not meet the good article criteria at the time (October 11, 2008). There are suggestions on the review page for improving the article. If you can improve it, please do; it may then be renominated.

GA Review[edit]

These are some of the reasons that I failed this article:

There are Spelling errors in the lead.
There are WP:ACCESS violations at every opportunity, and are especially egregious in the lead.
The article is short to the point that it may not be comprehensive.
The explanation of Dvorak T-numbers is clumsy and probably unnecessary.
Other instances of jargon (i.e. deep convection) are unlinked and unexplained.
The citations are bare.
~~The Reference heading is a casual "Refs", and External links has been abbreviated to "Links".~~
There is no "See also" section, which may or may be justified.

Plagiarism[edit]
