Talk:UPLC
Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)
During this evolution of LC, HPLC has become a significant tool and gained widespread use in all types of laboratories. Some of the reasons HPLC has become so popular is the use in Pharamceuticals and Chemical Industary. As scientists we are continually faced with new challenges. From compound discovery through product development and quality control. And today’s challenges are increased through business decisions that create the need to characterize more complex samples whether it be biological fluids, biopharmaceuticals, natural products, formulations with multi-active ingredients or high potency drugs that are delivered in low doses and requiring high sensitivity detection. Other business challenges drive our processes in the laboratory as well from number of samples, to regulatory considerations, to time to market challenges and budget guidelines. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.183.244.159 (talk) 17:47, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
