"On 12 March, 2009, Fox News reported that Chung-Hoon was escorting USNS Impeccable after the latter had been harassed by Chinese vessels in international waters off Hainan"

The USNS Impeccable was in China's EEZ, which is not considered international waters. The area beyond EEZ is considered international waters. Please see wiki entry for EEZ and international water for more info. -- Adeptitus (talk) 22:38, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NOPIPE

[edit]

@L'amateur d'aéroplanes: As I said in my edit summary, the pipe is not needed. The reasons for leaving this unpiped are listed in WP:NOPIPE. When you make a change and are reverted, the polite thing to do is discuss it on the talk page. See WP:BRD. The talk page gives you an opportunity to explain when you neglected to leave an explanation in the edit summary. GA-RT-22 (talk) 19:25, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
