Use as a Target in 1978?

If it was broken up in 1976 then how and why is this vessel mentioned as being a target for an exercise in 1978? see page 6 (the 9th of the pdf file) here (the file is the 1978 command history of VAW-125) Gecko G (talk) 02:43, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
