[edit]The British service section here contains information from DANFS about the schooner, USS Asp, which would be better utilized on a page on that ship. If there are no objections, I propose to summarize it here and move it to a new page on the Asp. Also, there is a chunk of information about the Battle of the Rappahannock River, which really ought to be in the article on that event, not here. I will move that, also, unless anyone feels otherwise. I trust everyone is OK with that, Xyl 54 (talk) 20:05, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
- If you are so inclined, why not just create the new article on the USS Asp, copying in the material from Viper/Mohawk. There is no harm in having the info in two places. Viper/Mohawk participated in the capture of Asp and her service should be in the article about her, as well as in the article about Asp. Acad Ronin (talk) 23:59, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
