It would be a good idea to put the article uniform (gymnastics) with rhythmic gymnastics because they are definitly related. 68.95.4.90 00:13, 1 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I happen to disagree, the uniform worn by Gymnasts have been adopted by Haute Couture. Please enhance this article instead of merging it.--Hhielscher 00:20, 1 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
  • I think it makes more sense to merge the article with another gymnastics-related article. No other sport or athletic competition has an independent article just for the uniform. Adoption of gymnastic uniform elements by Haute Couture could merit mention in that article but I don't think it is sufficient reason to maintain a separate article. I think it would be beneficial to also include a male gymnast in "uniform" (to assist in levelling any gender bias in Gymnastics as a topic), as well as maybe a Rhythmic gymnast, again in "uniform", as it can be different (skirted leotards, for example). -- ratarsed (talk) 12:45, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
