Nu1 Arae → V539 Arae – As seen in a SIMBAD search, the name "V539 Arae" is much more commonly used than "Nu1 Arae". Therefore, per WP:COMMONNAME, the article should be moved. Unlike with stars more commonly referred to by their HD designations, there are no accessibility issues here, as the variable designation still contains the constellation name.
