08-1928-02 page 25 added mileage in Caroline County ("distribution of 1587 miles under chapter 160, acts of 1928, and 2&frac;12% mileage for 1928"):
- 613 - Route 31 near Mt. Carmel Church 10 Miles to Milford
- 614 - From a point on Route 31 near Lady Smith .2 Mile towards Chilesburg
- 614 - From .2 Mile from Route 31 to a point 2.72 Miles towards Chilesburg (2½% Clause)
09-1928-01 page 18 has the same roadways ("the following mileage be taken over for maintenance as of October 1, 1928, in compliance with Chapter 160, Acts of 1928"):
