[edit]The radio station in Bolivia can be found at http://www.wkmradio.com/ It may have a different official callsign, since the initial letter W is assigned to the United States. For a reference to WKM West Haven Radio, see http://jproc.ca/radiostor/record_comm.html and http://forum-neukoelln.de/958.html The West Haven station probably closed down several years ago, but I don't have an exact date.
