I have made extensive changes to try and improve tone and to add new citations. A substantial section on the early history of coverage in travel writing and tourist promotion had been flagged with a maintenance tag since 2012 as possibly representing original research. The content of the section was out of date, seems of limited current interest, and all the reference links are dead. I removed the entire section. I removed the "multiple issues" tag that had been in place since 2012.Marshelec (talk) 22:24, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
