Two Warren B. Smiths[edit]

Confusingly, there are (at least!) two "Warren B. Smith"s, both of them authors.

The one with the Wikipedia page is the late "Warren Billy Smith."

The other one is an author whose web site comes up first when I do a Google search for "Warren Smith." On his web site he goes by "Warren B. Smith," so at first I thought they were the same person. But he's apparently a different guy: his picture looks very different, and he's still alive.

So, to try to prevent other people from being similarly confused, I've edited the Wikipedia page, to add the living Warren B. Smith, and to change the dead Warren B. Smith's name from "Warren B. Smith" to "Warren Billy Smith."

I don't know enough about the living Warren B. Smith to write an article about him, but maybe someone else can do one. I did add a "website" link, which goes to his web site. NCdave (talk) 15:17, 20 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I emailed the living Warren B. Smith, and asked him what his middle name is. He replied today, and told me "Brierley," so I've added that info. NCdave (talk) 22:33, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
