08/09 Israel Gaza Conflict

This section needs to be updated. There is no longer any dispute that the munition was used so it should be written in that manner.Cptnono (talk) 07:28, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

Good. If you have the sources for that assertion, please update the article yourself, referencing them (or just mention the sources so somebody else can do the update). Thanks & regards, DPdH (talk) 02:38, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

This section needs updating again. There is a chunk of the text based on, and quoting from a January 2009 times article which presents statements from the IDF and others that only one type of WP shell was used in Gaza (a projectile). Later information proved this to be incorrect. The Israeli government admitted that both projectile and exploding WP munitions had been used (the official report is cited later in the text). I propose to delete this material, perhaps referring to these "initial claims" in one or two sentences. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dlv999 (talkcontribs) 11:13, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
