Unfortunately, this is going to be another quick fail. The first GAN for this article was quick-failed just yesterday, and the response by the nominator was this series of edits which deleted huge swaths of unsourced material that was flagged in the previous review. But the proper response to the first fail is to take the time to do proper research and add sources for that material, not remove it. For instance, the deleted material includes discussion of joint graduate programs with other schools; modern and unusual degree programs; different groups of faculties; fuller summaries of other campuses; descriptions of the campus radio station and college literary journal; descriptions of sponsored campus groups; a list of chancellors; a summary section of noted alumni; and a description of the distinguished faculty designation. Most or all of these topics are things that are normally included in an article about a university, and should be in this article.

In addition, the article clearly fails to meet the GA level in a couple of other respects. There is too much WP:RECENTISM in it, especially in the History section (half the material relates to strikes that occurred in the last dozen years, with a WP:REFBOMB in the lede) and the Campus safety section (were there never any safety issues prior to 2007?). And the citations are way below standard, with many bare url citations and many others missing basic author and/or publisher information. GA articles don't have to have the super-polished, every-element-just-right citations like FA articles do, but they have to be in much better shape than they are here.

These changes will all take considerable time – don't look for quick fixes. Wasted Time R (talk) 23:55, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
