I replaced the term Young Latvians with New Latvians due to it being more precise. Although the movement may have been based on 'Young Germany', I do not think it is appropriate to translate it as Young Latvian because it is simply too ambiguous in English. You can translate 'jauns latvietis' as Young Latvian which means just a young person of the nationality but the term 'jaunlatvietis' immediately will have a political association. I do not think these two terms with different meanings should be mixed when translating to English.
