Meanwhile... http://www.legitreviews.com/zalman-usa-denies-bankruptcy-claims_153006 I think the geek press has jumped the gun on this, many of them simply parrot other news sites, and don't bother to check the facts or think about what they are writing. A company can't go from normal operations to being bankrupt over night. There are legal processes which take some time. Certainly, it's stock is currently suspended.
