Rem lex entry

[edit]

   I removed

  • Zest (by extension from the character of citrus fruit peel), enthusiasm

not for being false (tho it may be misleading not to give the user a hint that the metaphorical use may have arisen in French, not English), but for being lexicographic: That's what have the wikt template (at the top) for.

[edit]

I haven't looked at the edit that created it (or the context of that edit), but

*Zest (brand) a public address and general alarm system (PAGA)

links to the soap article. I presume the well-meaning contributor observed that a brand of PA system also suits that title, but further research via the edit-history that made the change will not be high on my voluminous to-do list.
