Hoax

[edit]

The purported sources do not mention "zirconian". I see no mentions in Google scholar. The one mention I find is at https://sites.google.com/site/geologicdatascale/hadean/zirconian which we cannot count as a reliable source, as it says "Information from this website are from wikipedia and palaeos" Graeme Bartlett (talk) 08:13, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ISBN 978-0-444-59448-8. A younger era within the Hadean Eon could be established for the time interval represented by the age of the oldest detrital zircon (4404 Ma) to the age of the oldest preserved rock (4030 Ma Acasta Gneiss), and could be named the "Jack Hillsian Era", or "Zirconian Era" (modified from Goldblatt et al., 2009a), after the Jack Hills greenstone belt that contains the best record of detrital zircons over this interval. Both the lower (4567 Ma) and upper (4030 Ma) age limits for the Hadean Eon ...
Also, Zirconian was mentioned in Geologic time scale before the now blocked user created Zirconian as a redirect to that article. Further, de:Zirconium (Ära), from which this article was translated, was created in 2015 by User:Rudolf Pohl, and he ain't no hoax creator AFAICT. Sam Sailor 14:54, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
