Tankaman Rural District (Persian: دهستان تنكمان) is a rural district (dehestan) in Tankaman District, Nazarabad County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population (excluding portions later added to the rural district from Najmabad Rural District) was 8,880, in 2,178 families; including those portions, the population was 10,097, in 2,485.[1] The rural district has 31 villages.
