Team IntaRacing was a V8 Supercar team that was competing in the Australian V8 Supercar series.
An experienced campaigner in international motorsport as well as in domestic V8 Supercar racing, Marcus Marshall established his own race team for the 2009 season. The team was owned by Daniel Tzvetkoff and Sam Sciacca who are associated with major sponsor IntaBill, and technical support from Triple 8 Race Engineering, from whom the team acquired a Ford BF Falcon race car to use in their debut season.
After only two events in the season IntaRacing lost their title sponsor IntaBill to the Global Recession of 2008, and appeared at the Symmons Plains round with signage featuring Sherrin Rentals. The team has since been sold to Grant Sherrin from Sherrin Rentals. Sherrin Rentals sponsored driver from the Fujitsu V8 Supercar Series, David Russell, was confirmed as the teams endurance race co-driver.
Mid-season team funding collapsed and a potential sale to Russell's supporters Sherrin Rental failed. The team did not compete at a race after the Hidden Valley round, although they were present for the Townsville round but did not take to the track.
Marshall formally split with the team[1] and V8 Supercar Australia reclaimed the Racing Entitlement Contract, in effect its franchise to continue racing.
