Telia Rumal is a design for the oil treatment of oil. They originated from Chirala in Andhra Pradesh.[1] It is an art of Ikat tradition using natural vegetable dyes.[2][3] Some noted designers like Gajams are popular for Telia Rumal designs.[4]
