Tell It the Way It Is! is an album recorded in 1963 (see 1963 in music) by Paul Gonsalves.

Former Duke Ellington band members Gonsalves, Johnny Hodges and Ray Nance teamed up with Swedish trumpeter Rolf Ericson and pianist Walter Bishop Jr. on two sessions to create Tell It the Way It Is!.
