Telmatobius brevirostris is a species of frog in the Telmatobiidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are moist montane forests ("cloud forest"), high-altitude shrubland, and rivers. It does not occur in cultivated areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
