This template produces a checkbox which can either be shown as checked or unchecked. The default is a checked box.
Usage
[edit]To use this template place {{Checkbox 2 (simple)}} on the page. It produces: 
Parameters
[edit]This template has only 1 parameter which is used to determine whether it has to be shown as checked or unchecked.
{{Checkbox 2 (simple)|uncheck}} produces: 
Note that anything other than uncheck as the parameter will result in the checked box showing.
