Usage[edit]
Put after the {| that starts a table. Prints title (the only argument) and sets up 16 columns titled with last digit of hex number. Put |- after it, then the rows of characters using standard table markup (as opposed to previous version, no templates are used to create the cells). Please see ASCII and CP1252 for examples. Use the "legend4" template afterwards to describe any coloring added to the cells.
