Testing Last Afd

Testing template {{Deletion process cheat sheet/Last Afd}}: This tests whether we can correctly find the highest numbered Afd nomination for a given article. Note that per the #Caveat, the highest number we can find is ten. Note also that over time, the "expected values" may drift higher, if one of the test candidates is nominated again for deletion, so it may be the test that is wrong and not the code; that needs to be checked by hand.
