This template may be used for linking to the European Union's European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control's health topic pages. There are 2 required fields and an optional last-update parameter

1. Required - Webpage name from the url address, i.e. everything after the "health topics" folder of http://ecdc.europa.eu/Health_topics/XXX/facts.html
2. Required - Title of the factsheet
3. Optional - Date the factsheet was last updated (not stated on all their webpages)
