Usage[edit]
This template renders an Egyptian pound currency value with the standard currency symbol, linked to the Egyptian pound article.
- {{EGP}} by itself produces E£ (simple currency sign)
- {{EGP|link=yes}} produces E£ (simple currency article link)
- {{EGP|123.45}} produces E£123.45
- {{EGP|123.45|link=yes}} produces E£123.45
Display pound sign[edit]
If the user wishes to display the pound sign version of the Egyptian pound symbol they may do so using these codings.
- {{EGP|long=no}} produces E (simple currency sign)
- {{EGP|link=yes|long=no}} produces E (simple currency article link)
- {{EGP|123.45|long=no}} produces E123.45
- {{EGP|123.45|link-yes|long=no}} produces E123.45
