To create a Category:YYYY in Irish sport
No parameters are needed, because the year is extracted from the category's title.

Technical note
[edit]This template is implemented as a wrapper for {{YYYY in nationality sport category header}}. the wrapper function is to handle the fact that from 1801–192, Ireland was part of the United Kingdom.
