Hudson County Board of Chosen Freeholders Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 are located partially or entirely in Jersey City. District 1 comprises neighboring Bayonne and a small part of Jersey City, Country Village,[1] and is represented by Doreen McAndrew DiDomenico.[2][3] District 2 includes the West Side and parts of the Marion Section and Journal Square[4] and is represented by Bill O'Dea.[2][3] District 3, which stretches from Paulus Hook through Bergen Hill to the east side of Greenville[5] is represented by Jeffrey Dublin.[2][3] District 4 includes Harsimus, Hamilton Park, and portions of Journal Square and the Heights [6] and is represented by Eliu Rivera.[2][3] District 5, comprising portions of the Heights and all of neighboring Hoboken,[7] is represented by Anthony Romano.[2][3] District 8 compromises all of North Bergen, the North End of Secaucus and the northern tip of the city near Transfer Station.[8] It is represented by Thomas Liggio.[2][3]
