Creates a category page named "Category:Lists of YYYY films by country" or "Category:Lists of YYYY films by language", where YYYY is a digit year

e.g. Category:Lists of 2025 films by country, Category:Lists of 2024 films by language

Usage

No parameter is needed. The year is derived from the category's name
