This template generates a set of external links for articles on highways in New York.
Display and link generation[edit]
- Numbered roads
- type: "I" for Interstate Highways, "U" for U.S. Highways, "N" for New York state routes. If omitted, it is assumed that the highway is an unnumbered road.
- route: numerical portion of the route's designation. If the route is a suffixed route, do not enter the suffix here.
- suf: the suffixed portion of the route's designation, if any. Must be capitalized.
- Unnumbered roads
- display: the name to display if different from the page name
Sites[edit]
- alps: specify "alps=yes" if the road has a page at Alps' Roads; if the default link is not correct, specify "alps=page's name"
- nyroutes: specify "nyroutes=yes" if the road a page at New York Routes
