Helpful to tag logos that actually don't meet the threshold of originality in their source country. Gives a {{PD-textlogo}}, {{Trademark}} and {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons}} template. Your username will be automatically inserted in the copy to Commons template when you substitute Tmlogoc. Be aware that some countries (like the UK and Australia) have a very low TOO so be careful before tagging those! See c:COM:TOO for more information.
