Template:User residence category/doc

This category header template‎ displays a description of a user residence category, instructions, and a table of user templates that add user pages to the category.

Use

To use this template, place the following Wiki markup expression at the top of the user residence category:

{{URC|title=|utc=|template1|...|template25}}

where:

• title= is an optional alternate title for the region or location. For example, if you need a title with an article and no breaks, use title=the {{nowrap|[[India]]n state of [[Assam]]}}
• utc= is an optional alternate user templates category name. (Seldom required.)
• template1|...|template25 – up to 25 optional user template names. (The Template: prefix is not required.)

Restriction

This template may only be used in a user residence category with a name beginning Category:Wikipedians in ...

Example

The following Wiki markup expression:

{{URC|title=[[Denver]]|utc=Colorado user templates|User Denver|User in Denver|User:NickGrayLOL/Userboxes/Denver}}

produces the following documentation:

This user residence category comprises the user pages of Wikipedians who currently or normally reside in Denver.

To add your user page to this category, place one of the following Wiki markup expressions on your user page:
