This parameter template should be substituted into both Template:User Tuvalu/doc1 and Template:User in Tuvalu as soon as possible.
The <includeonly> tag must be removed from Template:User in Tuvalu before substitution and replaced afterward.
The update stamps on Template:User Tuvalu/doc1 and Template:User in Tuvalu must match the date shown below.
