Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP United States Territories}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject United States Territories.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP United States Territories|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject United States Territories.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject United States Territories participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in the territories of the United States

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
