Per WP:Copyedit, section "Common mistakes to fix", subsection "Punctuation", bullet point 1, a comma is missing after "al-Anbar" in "... worked with the local population in Falluja, al-Anbar to resist ...".
This has been reported as an error on the Main Page, and is now corrected. Please acquaint yourselves with that part of the MOS.
