[edit]"B" and "C" roads are not autovías. "C" roads are maintained by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia) and they are usually red. When those roads signs are red, they are supposed to be single carriageway roads so the cannot be autovías. In some cases, "C" road signs are blue so they are supposed to be dual carriageway roads, but they are neither autovías nor autopistas. Mllturro (talk) 09:55, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
