Wrong template name!

[edit]

I think this user template has the wrong name: according to the IETF language tag convention it should be es-mx.-- Louie 21:27, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wording

[edit]

Changed wording to reflect that there are speakers of the Mexican dialect of Spanish who are not native speakers. --Shruti14 t c s 01:30, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think I know what you mean, but unfortunately this template is attached to the babel user taxonomy, and it is used precisely to mark down native speakers of spanish. you must write your own template to mark your mexican spanish abilities as a foreign user. I've added you as a foreign user, to setup an example for you; you may adjust it as you please. Louie (talk) 20:37, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
