Is this at all useful?

I doubt that this self-declaration template is useful. It begs the question as to what languages the user knows. The template could include coded parameters to specify particular languages, but I think it better to include userboxes separately for each known language. Wikipedia:Category_intersection#Special:Search_.2F_list.3Dsearch_API contains instructions on how to find dual language category intersections, for any desired pair. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 08:08, 5 November 2017 (UTC)
