The 'r' was not inserted in danski ('danskri') until the 12th century, in the Gray_Goose_Laws, when Iceland was just beginning to acquire its own identity apart from Scandinavia. Thus, this is not appropriate here. Wyeson 10:05, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
