I guess it's pretty much a term used on Wikipedia for this sort of thing.

Well, an IP user is counted as "anonymous," due to the fact that they aren't logged in and aren't as identifiable as logged-in Wikipedians, who can be easily caught for vandalizing Wikipedia pages, as they go over a well-known handle to identify them by.
