I guess it's pretty much a term used on Wikipedia for this sort of thing.
[edit]Well, an IP user is counted as "anonymous," due to the fact that they aren't logged in and aren't as identifiable as logged-in Wikipedians, who can be easily caught for vandalizing Wikipedia pages, as they go over a well-known handle to identify them by.
