Alternate routing of Ankara-İzmir[edit]

YHT between Ankara-İzmir is planned to have two different routes: Ankara-Afyon-Turgutlu-Manisa-Menemen-Basmane and Ankara-Afyon-Turgutlu-Kemalpaşa-Işıkkent-Halkapınar. Can someone help me on drawing the latter on the map? Erkinalp9035 (talk) 15:13, 27 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The route via Menemen is currently under construction and a side platform in Çiğli is made for YHTs just enough to be used in emergency dropoffs. The route via Halkapınar is going to be tendered right after construction shaft in Halkapınar closes. Erkinalp9035 (talk) 19:54, 27 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Winner project for Halkapınar YHT station has been published in the municipality leaflet. A route using that station will definitely exist (and it is the original planned route of Ankara-İzmir YHT, the route via Menemen is added afterwards). Erkinalp9035 (talk) 13:56, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
