Terence Michael "Terry" Forrest is an Australian Trials Division justice at the Supreme Court of Victoria appointed in 2009.[1] Prior to his appointment, he practised law in Australia for thirty years.[2] His brother, Jack Forrest, is also a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. His father, James Herbert Forrest, was a County Court judge and Acting Chief Judge of that court.
