Texas NORML is the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) affiliate for the U.S. state of Texas. As of February 2017, Jax Finkel serves as the organization's executive director.[1]
History
In the 1990s, Mike Kleinman was the Texas NORML secretary-treasurer.[2]

Mike Kleinman, secretary-treasurer of Texas N.O.R.M.L., said the organization does not advocate breaking the law. "We only advocate the legalization of marijuana. It's up to each person to decide what they want to do to try to bring about those results," he said. Kleinman said the move to legalize the growth of marijuana can be likened to a civil-rights issue such as segregation.
