State Highway 154 or SH 154 is a state highway that runs from Cooper to Marshall in northeast Texas. The route was designated originally by 1931 between Cooper and Quitman, with a proposed extension west to Ladonia. By 1938, this extension was renumbered as SH 247. In 1939, it was extended southeast from Quitman to Marshall along its current route. This extension replaced SH 155.
