Thomas Baldwin (philosopher)

Thomas (Tom) R. Baldwin (/ˈbɔːldwɪn/; born 1947) is a British philosopher and professor of philosophy at the University of York.[1]
He was editor of Mind from 2005 to 2015.
He has served as the president of the Aristotelian Society and as Deputy Chair of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. He is Chair of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics Working Party on Novel Neurotechnologies.[2]
He studied at Cambridge University, gaining an MA and a PhD.[3]
