Thusitha Jayasundera (born 1971) is a Sri Lankan actress based in the United Kingdom. She is a RADA graduate (1993).

Thusitha played Tushura 'Tash' Bandara in the BBC Hospital Drama Holby City for three years. She later played Ramani DeCosta in the ITV1 police drama The Bill, and DS Ayesha Masood in the BBC TV drama Silent Witness.

She has appeared in the National Theatre adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's novel, War Horse. In 2009 she appeared in the play "Dreams of Violence"* by Stella Feehily for Out of Joint and Soho Theatre.

She also appeared in the 2015 BBC drama Doctor Foster, playing the character of Ros Mahendra
