Tim Atkins (born 24 March 1990) is a British field hockey player. He plays for the Scotland men's national field hockey team and plays club hockey in the England Hockey League for Surbiton Hockey Club.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] He is also a type 1 diabetic working closely with Diabetes UK. [6]

Biography

Atkins started his hockey career at the age of 5, where he joined Wallingford Hockey Club.[7]

He has played the majority of his senior hockey career at Reading Hockey Club[8]

His first international cap for Scotland came in March 2017 at World League 2.[9]
