Timothy M. Ray is a United States Air Force Lieutenant General. He currently serves as the Commander, Third Air Force. He previously served as the Director of Global Power Programs in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C.[1]
